💬 What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please reach out to us at orders@coloradobathcompany.com and we’ll do our best to help with a replacement or refund.
🌿 What is CBD Isolate?
Our products are made with CBD Isolate derived from Colorado-grown hemp. CBD Isolate contains CBD only, without other cannabinoids.
Some customers prefer full-spectrum products, while others prefer isolate for simplicity and consistency. Our formulations are designed to deliver the benefits of CBD in a clean, focused way.
🧪 Do you have Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes — we work with third-party tested CBD isolate suppliers and require testing for all raw materials we use.
Because we are a small-batch, made-to-order company, we do not test each finished batch individually. Instead, we provide COAs from our CBD isolate supplier upon request.

🚚 When will I receive my order?
Orders are made fresh once received.
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours, though some products may require a short set or cure time before shipping.
We ship from Colorado via USPS:
- Orders under $150 → First Class Mail
- Orders $150+ → Priority Mail
🌿 I have sensitive skin. Can I use your products?
Yes — many of our formulations are designed with sensitive skin in mind.
We recommend choosing Plain Jane (Unscented) options in products like our Muscle Rub or Body Lotion if you prefer a fragrance-free experience.
🌸 Product & ingredient guidance
Some products contain essential oils. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, please consult your healthcare provider before use.
Plain Jane products contain no essential oils.
