Use after bathing: After shower or bath, apply a small amount to damp skin and gently distribute. Allow a few minutes for oil to absorb before dressing.

Use in bath: Add 1 Tbsp to bathwater for a soothing 125mg CBD soak. After bath, lightly pat dry and rub excess oils into skin.
Use with caution – tub may be slippery after bath.
